The availability accessibility, and utilization of quality primary health services (PHC) is central to the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and Sustainable Development Goals (UNICEF & WHO 2018). Addressing the unfinished agenda and the implementation of regional and global level agreements and treaties geared towards making PHC strong, resilient, and responsive is critical for the future of PHC globally.
