DSH*The Pan African Medical Journal website to undergo some tech improvements in 2009.

The Pamj made some changes on the website starting January 2009 in order to improve the journal's managment processes. Issue numbers of editorials already published will be affected, but the feel-and-look of the website will remain the same. A new article about the changes will soon follow.
